Moving up award Explorer to Network Badge post 2002

The requirements for the Moving-on Award are:

• Discuss with your Explorer Scout Leader the options available locally to be a member of the Scout Network.

• Talk to a member of a local/District Scout Network about joining the section.

• Describe the options available locally for becoming a member of the Scout Network.

• Make the Scout Promise and accept the Scout Law.

The Explorer Scout should receive a card from the District, County or Area Scout Network on their 17th birthday congratulating them and telling them about the options available for joining the section.
