Master Swimmer Senior Scouts Badge 1958 to 1964

The Master Swimmer Badge was part of the Collective series “Athlete”

To earn this badge a scout must do the following * 

(1) Swim 100 yards in any over-arm or crawl style.

(2) Swim at least half a mile.

(3) Perform the following dives:

(a) Racing dive from the edge of the bath,

(b) Dive from a board not less than 10 feet from the surface of the water,

(e) Neat dive from a spring-board.

(4) Perform some individual stunt in fancy diving or in swimming or plunging.
